Quality Coordinator in the Operations Department.
Maintain quality standards by monitoring and maintaining the controlled document library, ensuring measurement equipment calibration is preserved to industry standards, and support the Quality Notification system through monitoring and assigning tasks accordingly.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions; calling for repairs.
Coordinates the efforts of the Quality Notification Program by assigning tasks accordingly
Maintain controlled document library to ensure compliance with ISO standards
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Good overall understanding of ISO standards
Willing to work overtime as needed to support production and customer needs.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with all departments.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Minimum Education / Experience Required:
1 to 3 years of experience in quality control function in manufacturing environment.
High Scool Diploma required, 2-year degree preferred
Experience with document control is preferred
